Tray Loading
- This is the most common CD Drive. Simply place the CD Drive
in the groove. The CD spins on the outer (120mm) or the inner
(80mm) circular groove.
Spindle
- These drives are typically found on laptop computers. The
CD is placed on the center spindle which spins and stabilizes
the CD.
Slot
- These drives are most common in Macintosh computers and
ONLY accept traditional CDs (120mm)
